These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of feelingsfox.com and to any purchase from Feelings Fox. By using the Site or buying, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our products

We sell digital, printable products (PDF files). Nothing is shipped. Product descriptions list what each file includes, the page count and the paper sizes.

2. Not medical or professional advice

Our printables are everyday tools for parents, teachers and caregivers. They are not a medical, psychological or therapy product and do not replace professional advice. If you are worried about a child, please speak with a pediatrician or a qualified professional.

3. License

When you buy, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to download and print the files for your own family, your own classroom or your own practice. You may not share, resell, sublicense, upload or distribute the files, in whole or in part, or claim them as your own. All content remains the property of Feelings Fox. Some icons are used under the MIT License (Microsoft Fluent Emoji).

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time; the price at checkout applies to your order. Payments are processed by our payment providers.

7. Accuracy

We work to keep the Site accurate, but colors and appearance of printed products depend on your printer and paper.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feelings Fox is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer laws of your country of residence give you rights that cannot be waived.
