Shipping policy

Feelings Fox sells digital, printable products only. Nothing is shipped, so there are no shipping costs, no shipping times and no customs fees.

How you receive your files

• Right after checkout, your download links appear on the order confirmation page.
• We also email the links to the address you used at checkout, usually within a few minutes.
• Each product comes in two PDF versions: US Letter and A4. Download the one that matches your paper.

When files are available

Immediately, 24 hours a day, anywhere in the world. You can download your files again from the link in your email.

Printing

Print at home on regular paper or card stock, or at a local print shop. Colors may look slightly different depending on your printer and paper.

Did not get your email?

• Check your spam, junk or promotions folder.
• Make sure the email address at checkout was correct.
• Still nothing? Email hello@feelingsfox.com with your order number and we will send your files.
