Refund policy

Because our products are digital files that are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned", all sales are final once the files have been delivered, except in the cases below.

We will make it right if

• a file is damaged, will not open, or is missing pages;
• you bought the same product twice by mistake;
• you did not receive your download link and we cannot fix it.

Email hello@feelingsfox.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order number. We will send a corrected file or, if we cannot fix the problem, refund your payment to the original payment method.

Customers in the EU and UK

At checkout you agree that delivery of digital content begins immediately and you acknowledge that you therefore lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is made available. Your other legal rights for faulty digital content are not affected.
